TTM Global is a UAE-domiciled
supplier of best-in-class medical
technology, focused on highvalue imaging and oncology
systems for Africa’s public health
sector. Our mission is simple:
enable African hospitals to deliver
the same standard of advanced
diagnosis and treatment available
at leading international centers.
We partner exclusively with toptier OEMs, deliver end-to-end
projects from needs assessment
and room planning to installation,
commissioning, training, and
long-term service and commit
High-end equipment without
structured service and training
fails early. Success requires a
system right tech, prepared
rooms, trained users, stocked
spares, enforceable SLAs, and
financed lifecycle costs. Our offer
is exactly that system
Company Overview
We align technology with clinical pathways (e.g., oncology, neuro,
trauma, cardiac) to reduce time-to-diagnosis and improve therapy
precision. To measurable outcomes: diagnostic throughput, treatment accuracy, patient safety,
and equipment uptime.
Across MRI, CT, PET-CT, linear accelerators (LINAC), brachytherapy, and allied IT (PACS/
RIS, oncology TPS), we provide turnkey delivery or Managed Equipment Services
(MES/EaaS) so ministries and hospitals can modernize without heavy upfront CapEx.
Our approach prioritizes reliability (98–99.5% uptime targets), clinical quality (QA/
acceptance protocols), and sustainable capacity transfer (train-the-trainer and local
biomedical engineering programs).
From The CEO
Skills transfer is non-negotiable. We embed
training for clinicians, physicists, and
biomedical engineers, including train-thetrainer pathways and certification tracks. We
align to international standards for safety,
interoperability, and data protection, and we
invest in local service teams and spares so
problems are solved quickly and knowledge
remains in country.
I invite ministries, hospital leaders, and
development partners to hold us to the
highest bar of transparency and results.
Judge us by uptime, QA pass rates, waitingtime reductions, and competency built
on your teams. If we do our job well, more
patients are diagnosed earlier, treated
precisely, and cared for closer to home that
is the impact that matters most.
Our Values
At TTM Global, our values are practical
commitments, not slogans. They guide which OEMs
we select, how we design and install systems, how
we train clinical and biomedical teams, and how we
measure success by uptime, safety, and patient
outcomes.
We operate with transparency and ethics across
procurement and service, building local capacity so
African public hospitals can deliver world-class care
sustainably.
Patient-First Clinical Excellence We choose best-in-class technologies and
configure them to clinical pathways that improve
diagnosis and treatment not just specifications
on paper. Every install is governed by rigorous
acceptance testing, QA routines, and safety
protocols. We continually optimize protocols with
clinicians to reduce dose, shorten scan times, and
raise diagnostic confidence
Reliability with Accountability We design for uptime and stand behind it with
clear SLAs, remote monitoring, and stocked spares.
Performance is reported through transparent
dashboards (uptime, MTTR/MTBF, incidents,
corrective actions) so stakeholders always see how
the system is performing. When issues arise, we
move fast root-cause first, then permanent fixes.
Partnership & Capacity Transfer We co-design projects with ministries and hospitals,
aligning technology, facilities, and workflows to local realities. Training is
embedded clinicians, physicists,
and biomedical engineers follow
structured, certification-ready
paths, including train-the-trainer
models. Our goal is ownership:
resilient, locally managed services
that endure well beyond go-live.

Who We Are
We are vendor-neutral but standardsdriven. We partner only with major OEMs
that can prove clinical performance, regional parts availability, and enforceable
service commitments. Our teams handle
the full journey needs assessment,
room design (power, HVAC, shielding, IT),
procurement, installation, commissioning,
and acceptance testing so each site
reaches safe, reliable clinical operations
from day one
Sustainability is designed into every
project. We embed structured training
pathways for clinicians, medical physicists,
and biomedical engineers, including
train-the-trainer models and certification.
Our service model combines preventive
and predictive maintenance, remote
diagnostics, and staged spares, backed by
transparent SLAs and uptime targets typically
in the 98–99.5% range. When problems arise,
we prioritize root-cause fixes and measurable
improvements.
We understand public-sector realities
budget cycles, regulatory requirements, and
utility constraints and structure solutions
accordingly. Alongside turnkey delivery, we
offer Managed Equipment Services, PPPs,
