Designs are adapted to grid realities (power conditioning, UPS/generators), heat and humidity profiles (HVAC sizing, filtration), spatial constraints, and language needs for SOPs and training. We pre-qualify local civil/MEP contractors, certify biomedical techs on vendor tools, and tailor training calendars to hospital rosters, ensuring knowledge transfer sticks beyond go-live.

Parts logistics are engineered for uptime. We stage fast-moving spares in-country and major assemblies in regional depots, with A/B/C classification, reorder points, and MTBF-driven stocking. Telemetry feeds predictive maintenance, and an RMA pipeline—with loaner assemblies where feasible—shrinks MTTR. All parts movements are tracked end-to-end for traceability and audit readiness.

Customs and import management are de-risked through early HS-code mapping, import permits, duty/VAT treatment, and pre-clearance dossiers for scanners, LINAC components, RF cages, and shielding
