KPIs (uptime, response/repair times,
QA pass rates), so payments reflect
real service availability
PARTNERSHIP MODELS WE SUPPORT
MES / Equipment-as-a-Service (EaaS)
Opex model covering equipment, installation,
QA/acceptance, preventive
& corrective maintenance, spares,
upgrades, training, and performance
reporting. Payments are availability-based with deductions for KPI
shortfalls.
DBOM / DBFOM (Design-Build-Operate-Maintain / +Finance)
Turnkey design and site works through longterm operation and
maintenance; financing
embedded, with handback at contract end.
Lease-to-Own with Service
Phased ownership transfer while TTM provides full
lifecycle service and training.
